In some cases, international orders may incur additional shipping charges for heavy items such as books, bibles, and large or heavy items. We will contact you by e-mail with your shipping options if that's the case.
Returns/Exchanges
Complete 100% Customer Satisfaction is a paramount objective for us at Catholic Parts. If anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect with your order, or if you are unhappy with any item(s) for any reason, we will do our best to resolve your concern. We require that any returns are postmarked back to us within 30 days from the date we ship your order. For shipping damage, please keep the original shipping container and packaging. Returned or exchanged items must be in new, re-saleable condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Discounts
For large or bulk orders, additional discounts may be possible. This depends on the items and quantities purchased. Feel free to contact us with inquiries!
Catholic Parts imports many of its products directly from manufacturers around the world, and can offer discounts for bulk purchases, Church fundraisers, or similar situations.
