This is a beautifully detailed version of the Miraculous Medal with blue enamel and a beautiful and durable silver border. Measuring 5/8 inch in diameter, this center piece is die-cast for exceptional detail, and silver oxidized with a rich, three dimensional silver plated finish as only the Italians in the central region of Italy have perfected. Known as the Medal of the Immaculate Conception, this was created by St. Catherine Laboure following a vision of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
