This version of the Miraculous Medal center with beautiful and durable blue enamel accent on the front. Measuring 1 inch in height, this medal is die-cast and silver oxidized. Known as the Medal of the Immaculate Conception, it was created by St. Catherine Laboure following a vision of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
