This is a smaller, beautifully detailed version of the Miraculous Medal with beautiful and durable blue enamel accent on the front. Measuring 1/2 inch in height, this medal is die-cast for exceptional detail, and silver oxidized with a rich, three dimensional silver plated finish as only the Italians in the central region of Italy have perfected. Know as the Medal of the Immaculate Conception, created by St. Catherine Laboure following a vision of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
