This prayer card comes with a silver oxidized medal of Our Lady of Medjugorje, Queen of Peace. The back of the medal has the praying hands of the faithful. The front of the prayer card features a full-color image of Our Lady and the back of the card has "the weapons against your Goliath", which reads;
