This Our Lady of Guadalupe statue from Joseph’s Studio depicts the Blessed Virgin Mary as she appeared in the miraculous image associated with the apparitions to St Juan Diego in Mexico in 1531. Our Lady is shown with her hands folded in prayer, wearing her rose-colored gown and blue-green mantle decorated with stars, surrounded by golden rays and standing above the crescent moon supported by an angel. The detailed sculpting and hand-painted colors highlight the recognizable symbolism of the original image of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Part of the Joseph’s Studio Renaissance Collection, the statue is crafted from a resin and stone mix and measures approximately 7.25" H x 3" W x 1.5" D.
