This oversized medal features an image of Our Lady of Sorrows with 7 swords piercing her heart on the front, and the crucifixion on the back. Made in Italy and is approximately 1-1/8 inch tall. The beautiful silver oxidized finish adds depth and detail, as only the Italians have perfected. Attached jump ring is included.
