This beautiful handmade Italian Holy Communion Pyx / Rosary Case features a detailed image of Our Lady of Guadalupe with gold and silver plated metal and elegant green enamel accents. Measuring approximately 6 cm across and 2 cm high, with an inside diameter of 4 cm and a plastic liner, it can be used either to carry Communion to the sick (only if approved by your priest) or as a case for a small rosary or jewelry.
