This beautiful hand made Italian Holy Communion pyx features a highly detailed image of the Our Lady of Lourdes with St Bernadette. The pyx is two toned with blue enamel accents. The outside measures approximately 6 cm in diameter and 2 cm in height. The inside measures approximately 4 cm across.
